it was the opposite at my school; all the foreign kids were automatically considered the coolest. i guess even back then people realized how pathetic small towns were and they were just all turned on by anything from outside the village.
This was like 4th or 5th grade and I distinctly remember it. He'd get in trouble with the teacher all the time and tell her "I dent do it!" and we'd all laugh like hell and he'd get madder and madder and yell it more and more.
Looks like Simpsons is removing Apu forever because of this so-called "controversy" Fuck political correctness. This is why we can't have anything nice.... Score 1 for leftists.
I read that; I forget where, but the article included that the goal here was never to get rid of Apu. It was about making a better attempt at racial integration. So the article essentially said that it would be better to keep Apu and integrate him into the show in new ways that are less in line with existing stereotypes. I can't find the article now... Wasn't there something about Apu being a successful businessman with assets beyond the quicky mart? I thought that the gist was they're discontinuing the character, but then also mentioning him being successful. I don't know which one they are doing. Maybe they will do both.
Who is Styx and do you really need him to explain stuff? Why does he wear a leather jacket without a shirt underneath for this video? Strange choice... Me too. Ridicilous...
its just a podcast. How can you not know who Styx is, nor does it matter. Alt News source. Not tech giants. Sometimes he wears a sweater..
It's real easy. So does he brings news or just a particular opinion/perception. And yeah, wether it matters or not, im still wondering that if you happen to share the essence of his opinion why you don't put your opinion into words instead of sharing such a vid. It's intriguing to see though who generally posts these vids, for what reason and who likes them (usually the same people) Reassuring :-D Its the season after all
