Alright, so I received a phone call from a woman who spoke terrible English. She wanted my lawyer's information because, apparently, I am in trouble with the Treasury Department. She gave me a number to call, but I didn't bother writing it down, realizing that the whole thing was a scam. I looked it up online, and sure enough, it's a pretty common scam, taking in about 5Mil thus far. Anyway, she called back and left a message with a number for me to call, and now I'm left with a choice, call them back and play with them, or ignore it and just move on. I offer a youtube video that I thought pretty funny. The guy handled it with a lot of humor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zC8YiLLpNps How would you deal with these people?
Oh, He hung up! That's your residence, right? I wonder why he hung up? Is there supposed to be someone else there besides your wife there to answer?" See he keeps hanging up, and it's a man answering..
I thought it might be a wonderful opportunity to have some fun at the expense of some terrible assholes assholes.
I would either tell them to suck my cock or if it sounded interesting i'd go along with it to learn more about it, then tell them to suck my cock when i was satisfied.
People on youtube have been playin' these guys. I think the more people who are aware of the scam, the more resistance (foolery) that can be applied. My son and I are trying to think of a dialogue to use if they call back.
i read a blog post about the scam where they call from india and convince you that you have a virus and that you need their expert assistance at removing it (yea right) and they try to get teh person to download and install some software that let's them remotely control windows computers. apparently the guy went along with the whole thing, installed it in a virtual machine, reverse engineered it and then hacked those people thru their own malware and controlled THEIR computer with it, haha, they got what they deserved!
