To answer your exact question what I do with annoyance: I'd say simply read my reactions in this thread: I like to point out the source of annoyance and if they react too defensive/hysterical, yes I often am guilty (both on and offline) of making fun of that annoyance. Hope you can use this answer to your advantage :2thumbsup:

 

Did you read that I'm not validated by my support (or lack thereof), I find it to be data.

 

I'm confused. She likes attention and enjoys feeling the same way about me as others. I'm investigating how people deal with their irritation.

The question was do you really hear yourself. What has the support or lack there of has to do with being aware of what you are actually spouting here?
