what are some of the invasive species where you live? and what are they like? is it crazy?? i live in florida, and we have some here. 1st. fireants,, most evil lil bitch ass bugs you have ever met. step on a fireant nest barefoot, or hell at all, and in less than 2 seconds you will know it. and yes, they sting,, like wasps do, they freaking bite and sting!! 2nd.ball pythons,, they live mostly in the everglades, and eat aligators. yes,, they eat aligators dude. 3.japanese kudzu vines,, they can grow up to a foot a day. i have seen pictures online, of ppl that hadnt drove their car in a while, and the whole thing is covered w/ kudzu vines. there are others, but i have yet to see them.
We have some kudzu here, no fire ants, but in north carolina we had fire ants. I remember stepping on a nest barefoot, and yes it hurts very much so. In Ohio I do know we have a feral hog population, makes for good hunting
Invasive among each other, yes. Doesn't change the fact that there were in most cases already humans on every continent.
We have fireants too. I hate those little fuckers. They took over half our garden this year. We have a problem with kudzu too, although I havent noticed it as much in the last few years. We have a lot of bamboo which is supposed to be invasive but I think its beautiful so I don't have a problem with it.
Some genius brought Nutria here in 1938 to skin 'em and sell their fur as coats. Turns out, no one wanted coats from animals that look like rats. So they're here for good.
Garlic mustard, canary grass (full of dmt), feral hemp, feral cats, asian carp, sparrows, starlings, pigeons, japanese beetles, and asian ladybugs are all present in my area. A
be glad we dont live in australia some dude brought 48 rabbits over there cuz they reminded of back home in america. 20 years later.... YOU COULD KILL 20 MILLION OF THEM A YEAR AND NOT EVEN NOTICE LOL
