Adiron, unfortunately ive understood ur post only generally, just because i speak bad english.
Anyway, just today i was lookin' on tv a comparison between woodstock '69,'94 and '99.And this has make me think how our generation is without direction,so many things are wrong for us, then why we dont do nothing for change it?
Maybe this kind of speeches could seems really idealistic, but i think that without ideal nothing will can never be better

My true love is music, I'm trying to start a band, THE ACI-D TRE-E. I love alot of music from the 60's and 70's. I'm a big folk fan, but my favorite band that no longer makes music but will live on forever is LED ZEPPELIN! My favorite "modern" band, they still make music, is THE USED. Overall I think I'm pretty normal, but not for my town.

I can't really say i'm from one place because I travel most of the time but I was born in Canada.
My main interest is music. For music I like mostly old, 60's and 70's music basically and am very passionate about it. Music is my love and i dont know what i would do without it.
I play a music myself, guitar, piano, harmonica and bongos. I love art and draw a lot, but I don't paint well.

my name is Yvonne and i live in Austria. hope everyone knows where that is and it's NOT Australia!!! People tend to mix it up, don't know why.
i am going to college at the moment and im gonna finish it next year. after that im gonna start travelling.
don't really know what to do with my life yet so i'll try to experience some things until i see my way. only know that i want to help making this world a better place.
wouldn't call myself a hippy but i like the ideology of hippies. im very into human rights, animal rights, freedom of mind, anti-capitalism, tolerance,...
i've been a vegetarian for more than four years now and i wrote my first 'essay' about environmentalism at the age of 9 so i guess that's what my life will be about.
what else? i enjoy playing the guitar (mainly classical stuff), reading (almost anything), travelling, watching nature, being with my friends, listening to music,....
anyway, it's great to meet people that have the same opinion towards many things as i have. i live in a pretty little village and some people are quite conservative so it's impossible to avoid all problems.

My name is Manxie im 19 and Im a student at LeCordonBleu in Las Vegas. I have been searching for young new-age hippies as I all call ourselves. For quite some time now. And I finally submitted to logging online to further extend my search. And low and behold there was a tied dyed hippy spiral and at the end I found all of you... smiles...

I suppose I should share some of my personal information, views, likes, and dislikes and dreams... well I will only reveal, a few things here and there..

As far as political views : I am mostly liberal, and I am very opinionated depending on the political issues and whose challenging and debating which issues at the current moment. But just because I’m opinionated doesn’t mean I quarrel with others or push my beliefs and views on others. Everyone has the right to believe and defend any views and opinions they may have, while respecting others views and opinions we must attempt to play fairly Can't we all just get along? smirks..

Now for the next big controversial topic.... Religion..(Dramatic drum roll)... Just kidding... Well as far as my religious basis, I would best describe my religion as a patch work quilt... I take a little bit from this religion and mix it with a bit of that religion and I always keep little amounts of my former religion catholic, mix it with a dash of hippie and Gandhi and there you have it.. My daily morals... sum it up... try to do a good deed every day, give to the poor when i can
do onto others as you would have them do unto you, always keep karma in mind with every action, bad deeds come back three fold, try to love and respect all humans, animals and plants alike,dont litter, and don't commit any major sins
So far those basic guidelines have worked out for me... smiles...

Personal likes: Music, mostly 60's and a few modern groups here and there... I adore comedies and chick flicks... I love going out to eat and trying new foods and going to movies, currently taking salsa lessons, cooking of course that’s my major, painting, swimming, walks in the dessert, star gazing, astrology, coffee shops, drawing, going to friends houses, hanging out, drawing, going for drives in my convertible lebaron, road trips, roller coasters, comedy clubs, concerts. And much, much ,more... I’m a busy person...

dislikes: Ignorance, racism, talking behind peoples backs, lying, spiders, extremely spicy foods, alcoholism a few drinks here and there is alright but drowning in a bottle pathetic, smell of cigarettes and Cuban cigars, big dogs, cheaters, and people who don't give other people the benefit of a doubt, assumptions, unmotivated people, and lack of goals and lack of plans, predictability in relationships, and sunburns lol... and there’s more but that’s unimportant...

and last but not least a quick description of myself: 5'3'' 125 lbs. brown eyes and strawberry blond hair worn down and wavy with a curl, usually wears flip flops or sneakers, baggy bellbottom jeans, t-shirts and tank tops and slight tan with a crystal choker.
