hi, I'm Anjilla. I'm pretty young...only three months shy of being 16. I am originally from Manhattan Beach, but now i'm stuck in Bakersfield. I am a musician....I play drums, percussion, violin, mallets, guitar, keyboards, and bass guitar. I love the hippie lifestyle and the whole peace love and harmony anti-war, liberal attitude. I like pot....never tried any other drugs...i am a big pervert and i have the sex drive of a 14 year old boy..... I practice the religion of wicca(not black magic as depicted in the movies) it's a religion that is very focused on the power of nature and your inner-self.....I like watching tv.....i love the tv show roseanne.....tv land rocks

Heya everyone I'm so glad I found this forum. Finally other young people who are into hippie and stuff! I'd allmost stopped believing you guys exist ...
My nickname is Rianna, so please call me something like that. Usually I use my 'real name' when I register myself on a forum, but I'd prefer to be anonymous (classmates of me are searching your name on the net, they really do! and i'd love to post stuff here that they can't read). But I think I'll tell my real name one day, cuz I really like it much better than Rianna...

About two years ago I started loving hippies. I was together with a friend when we decided we did'nt want to be as everyone else, and then I told her about the 60s (my dad was a hippie too and he told me some stuff about it). We wen searching for colorfull clothes and asked our parents to tell us more about the 60s.
After some time I didn't see her much anymore and the whole hippie-obsession cooled down.
About one year ago I became a member of a organisation for peace. That's how I started thinking about the world and humanity, and I found out my ideas had much in common with the ideas of the hippies. I was looked around me and I saw hate and sorrow, and I wanted to change that! I want to give love and peace, and my way to express that point out to be a sort of hippie. I'd allways try to be positive and help people with sorrow. I love wearing colorfull clothes and flowers too! Flowerpower, yeah!

Okay, that's the way I discovered I want to be a hippie. I don't know if I can call myself a Young Hippie, but I think I am one ...?

About me: I'm 14 years old and I live in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands. A country which is filled with hate the last period (you may have heard of Theo van Gogh, a critical moviemaker who was killed at my corner.) But I think there's still hope we'll live together in peace once - maybe it sounds na´ve, but I'm allways very hopeful.
In everyday life I'm going to a small gymnasium in my town, where I learn Latin and Greek and other stuff that should be interesting. The teachers are very, very narrow-midend and they don't respect your words, 'cause you're "just a rogue teenager". I used to love that school ... two years ago

I've got a few friends in my class, but they do not understand my view of the world at all. I just talk with them about school, boys and toher girls-stuff. They're pretty boring people ... I'd love to have a friend more like me, but you can not have everything heh?
I'm sometimes a but shy, specially when I'm with unknown people. I can be very unsociable and calm, 'cause I love to think, day dream and write stories and poems. I'm really into the last thing; writing is a big, big part of my life. I cannot imagine not to write everyday!
