Hi everyone , Im a new member . I have a rare illness and opiates are the only thing that gives me relief. I have a high tolerance and am familiar with many pain meds but was just prescribed Fentanyl 12 MCG/HR . I have used as directed for a few weeks without much relief and am looking for advice on oral usage . Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thank you in advance
