it took me about three months? something like that... i stopped drinking, haha.. big part of it and i started working at a job where im constantly on my feet instead of sitting around... then i started taking walks and then running.
oh and i pretty much cut out sugar and replaced it with honey in my tea, splenda or nothing in my coffee, splenda in ice cream, etc.... :D

anyways i have no ride to the store to get my pictures today but ill post before and afters this weekend. :)

I like Splenda. That stuff is pretty good. Have you ever had Coke Zero? It's made with Splenda, has no calories, and to me, tastes just like regular Coca-Cola. Then again, I haven't had regular Coca-Cola in forever. ;)

I made a strawberry pie with Splenda before. It turned out really good, except, I almost think it could have done with less Splenda in it, that I could have reduced the amount and it would have been better. Is it just me, or does it (Splenda) seem to taste even sweeter than regular sugar?

no, i havent had coke zero...

yeah splenda is really good but it seems only if you use less of it then you would sugar. i know i had some ice tea one time and put the same amount of splenda packets in as i would sugar.... and it was waaaay too sweet!
