This is where I become confused about what you are saying because before you said,
"Now as a discrete moment is the only true perspective".

 

much like what was asked in Waking Dream, what about the ever growing population? it seems like there's still more souls...

 

Our difficulties in understanding are conceptual. Soul is the sense of spirit in the body. When the body dies the sense of spirit in the body goes with it. Spirit or motive for life abounds and is not bound by form. Another word for spirit is breath. The breath comes and goes from the body and the body is a platform for communication of spirit with temporal order. It takes time for a body to grow and growth comes in stages and therefor temporal order is temporary but the spirit of life is not bound to that order as any body will do. Being aggregate of simple forms joined in complex relationships we are not higher than the simplest form of life but in this current geological period have enjoyed stable enough conditions or time to form highly complex forms.

 

More bodies then does not mean more souls but an expanded sense of spirit in the body. Our mass communications are contributing to our expanded facility with self as we become more universally connected.
