Hi all! I'm very new to exploring intentional communities but it speaks to me on a very deep level. Does anyone know of any I can visit or otherwise take part in for a few weeks this July/early August? I'm hoping for a spot that really prizes social interaction, community, vulnerable, authentic communication, and personal growth, all while connecting to nature. I've been looking on ic.org but it's harder to find these than I thought. Thanks for any info!!!!
There are some burgeoning Japanese Cultural centers around California. LArgest of which are in the Los Angeles area. From the Little Tokyo Arts District Downtown, to the Japanese Community around Torrance, Gardena and other areas. You can also find similar communities along the Central Valley, from Fresno to San Jose and then San Francisco. There are many other Cultural centers. Don't get bogged down with one. California is teaming with Cultural communities from around the world.
