I'm sort of tuned out to tech. not entirely, but I don't buy lots of apple things or keep social media profiles. I think shopping online is nice for music, but I don't actually even buy that anymore because it would require that I use an mp3 player. lol

I know! Great idea but the temptation to buy whimsically will be too strong.

I like that, too. lol There are a lot of outdoor malls not too far from where I live and that’s a fun experience. Do you ever buy surfing stuff online?

 

i still haven't figured out the point of instagram. everyone seems to have it these days, but as far as i can tell it's just facebook dumbed down.

 

The last social network I was plugged into was MySpace and that was nearly 15 years ago. I reckon Hip technically counts but I really don't see it the same. I've never had Facebook, Instagram, or any of that other shit. I do play online video games though I'll be giving that up too when I leave my ex wife. Never felt right with all that damn technology, if folks were meant to be connected at all times we'd have fuckin' telepathy.

 

I like it better than FB as it’s easier to navigate through, less FB bs and drama.

That's great! I like doing that with local farmers markets.

 

I want to too, but the farmers market here is only on Mondays during the workday.

I don't know what genius came up with that schedule, but it pretty much guarantees regular working folk can't go very often.

 

Thats bizarre, farmers markets are on Saturdays here

 

Yeah, it's aggravating. So I settle for the organic produce at places like Trader Joe's.
