    While this isn't new, it's odd that a company would allow it to become so public.
    GE engineer charged with stealing turbine technology

    When I worked in Schenectady I was amazed how readily available all kinds of strategic information was. Hardly any security beyond access control for areas. And a massive, unguarded warehouse full of paper manuals going back to the turn of the 19th/20th century.
