I don't think she meant everyone with huge boobs could do this but you do need to be fleshy up top for this to work out. It is a beautiful piercing, if you can get it to heal, but not there is going to be some ugly scarring between your boobs.

You can get microdermals there, they look almost exactly the same, but they're two separate piercings, they work kinda like the button on yr jeans. There's such a tiny area that needs to heal that it's SUPER fast, and there's next to no chance of rejection. Look it up.

I've only ever seen one healed surface piercing, EVER. And it still had lots of scar tissue around it.

 

I agree! Get dermal anchors, or skin divers. They heal sooooo much better, surface piercing are a giant pain in the ass to heal- if they ever do at all. Dermals are sweet.
