well this doesn't mean there can't be or aren't one or more gods or god-like beings, but it does mean, if there are, they don't owe jack to what anyone thinks they know about them.

i can also observe no evidence of any sort of conflict among or between such non-physical beings. only an assumption on the part of humans that there would be, because humans believe themselves to have this weakness.

a) I don't really give a shit about the god bless comments, though I do find religious people annoying;

b) I do not argue religion and I even think they are needed for some people;

I'm going to say there's two kinds of atheists: 1. annoying fucks who ain't got anything better to do than nag; 2. those who have a sense of humor and keep to themselves (ALWAYS a good thing).

 

The question really dosnt seem important to me.

 

everyone is an individual and since there is no established "no 'god' exists religion" we can't be running a real cult or system. The closest we have to any book is On the Origin of Species

 

the one thing i don't believe is that we have to have some kind of a boogie man to want to avoid causing harm. if there want to be one or more gods, that's fine with me and up to them. but otherwise really has very little to do with anything.
