I got Nexplanon (the birth control implamt in my arm) in March and it's good for 3 years, but I'm wondering how painful it is to get it out? Insertion went very well! It was practically painless for me, so I'm hoping removal will be just as painless.

I also had one in my arm when I was in my 20s, you'll be fine, it's awkward but it won't be as bad as you think. Just close your eyes and hope your doctor can do it quick lol.
