I remember, years ago, when I was a cop. It was in a college town and there was always conflict between the locals and the students. The Chief Of Police told all of us to concentrate on parking tickets because it was a real problem. He, of course, didn't say it exactly but it was known he was referring to Campus Corner. Well, that was on Saturday morning and Saturday nights were always a parking problem in the campus area. On Sunday morning I cruised by a church that the Chief went to. Now he was legally parked but over 100 cars weren't. I wrote tickets for every single one!
