I live in the country and rarely get to town. So I thought this morning I'd take a drive through my tiny hometown of Mayfield, Kentucky (population: 10,129) just to see what effect The Thing has caused. Feel free to post some of your own, if you want.
This was the first spring Saturday we've had this year and these sidewalks would normally be thronged with people in this weather
Mel, that top one. His stance looks so cool. Ever since that Halloween picture I've been of the opinion that your kid has a gift for making photos look cool.
I Liked Them As A Form Of "Appreciation" That The Poster Went To The Trouble Of Taking Them......Then Posting Them Here To Keep Us Up To Date With This Mess We Find Ourselves In...... Cheers Glen.
He really does, well I guess I would think that anyways because I'm biased lol. But I have so many cool action shots of him
Lol no way I'm posting my town after Mel posted pictures of hers. Buddy of mine got in a fight just outside his house last night with a total stranger. I just don't see that happening in Meliaitown, SC.
It's absurdly picturesque lol but it really only looks like that within a small 15 block area, everywhere else looks like normal methville USA. And the cracks were showing today when it wasnt crowded with wholesome families everywhere...the only people I encountered today were junkies and homeless people, the city usually runs them out of the downtown area to keep things nice for the tourists but I guess they've given up since there are no tourists now
Still all quiet in the Kensington section of Berlin, CT today. Sunny and cold. City busses have largely been free the last two days. They also have the front half off limits (back door boarding) unless you're in a wheelchair.
