I do not know what your standards stand for "maturity", yet deceit is the key word here.
if both sides (yes, a person under 18 is a human in fact, and therefore; a side) love each other, and the older one not deceiving the younger for emotional or sexual benefit; no one may have a word on it.

on the other hand, YES the older person has a great responsibility over the young and must be willing to accept it.
