I put the cat food down outside for about 15 minutes and then went out to bring it back in so the strays wouldn't eat it. It was dark. When I got inside with the food bowl I saw a huge slug on the rim of the bowl right next to my hand. I slung the food bowl down in the floor. My husband heard the commotion and came to see what was going on. As I was explaining to him that I'd clean up all the spilled cat food if he would just pick up the bowl with the slug on it, a piece of my hair slipped out of the clip and down onto my face. I freaked! I thought it was another giant slug falling onto my face... I'm a hopeless girl.
Just run away = a slug wouldn't catch you .... would it? - Where's the Cat in all this? = Cat food coated Slug! - It's a delicacy ... I'm told
I would have reacted the same way...bugs dont belong on my hand or anywhere near my person...ick factor. I love mother gaia but I dont love insects or creepy crawlies.
