I don't know about the particular brand name, but I've seen some women's jeans with lots and lots of high-contrast stitching on the back pockets. More or less screaming "please, please look at my ass" without actually using neon, flashing lights, or words.

I went to ikea in Munich and I dunno, I just wasn't that impressed. It all looked nice and modern but there was something about it. I guess I like simple things, it was all too busy, and too cheap but passed off as "designer" looking furniture. The other thing that bothered me too was the way they set the store up, like I get they put a room together yes? But it's hard to walk into that show room and then visualize your own property. Like, sure, bits and pieces looked good... But then other bits and pieces wouldn't work. Then, my kitchen is quite big and every show room kitchen they had was always smaller. So would it work? I dunno.

When I bought my house now, it cost a fair bit I admit, but it was already done for us. The renovation inside etc. new, open kitchen. Basically sold it to me for the simple fact that I didn't need to do anything to it.

And then in Ikea I really only wanted to look for a cabinet or display cabinet and casing. Think I could find anything remotely what I was after? No. Heck, all I wanted to showcase was all the shot glasses I've collected around the world with places I've been and I couldn't find a nice cabinet for them.

haha, i jsut got home from work and logged on and saw the word Ikea and was like

i enjoy going to real hardware stores, even when i don't buy anything. i think i may have been to an ikea one time. most of my life i haven't lived in metro areas large enough to have one. i know they sell modular furnature stuff you can assemble yourself how you like. that's all i'm aware of about them, so i have no idea what the big deal is supposed to be.

 

There Is No Big Deal With Ikea........The Problem Lies Here In Hip Forums........In The Guise Of "rOllinandboned".

Hip forums Used To Be A Family Friendly And Worksafe Website That You Could View With Your Gran Over A Cup Of Hot Coco......
