if you're not sure you're a hippie just be you and don't worry about it.
if you're honest with yourself and don't try to impress anyone, someone is bound to call you one, intending it as an insult but in reality honoring you without realizing it.

if you don't believe the same lies everyone arround you tells themselves, you just might be a hippie.
if your car is held togather with duct tape (and you've given it a name) and you'd rather walk or ride your bike anyway, you just might be a hippie.
if you can't remember the names of everyone who lives in the same house with you, you just might be a hippie.
if you play an accoustical guitar, or just some sort of drum, and accompany this by singing off key your favorite rant, ...
really it comes back, i think ultimately, if you've ever been 'dissed' for being honest (and who hasn't?), you just might be ...

I don't get why anybody would want to be a hippie, if you're still not sure what hippie exactly means.

I eat cows too, and I would classify myself as a hippy...I try to eat organic cows, but, point is, I still eat cows... Vegetarianism just doesn't work for me long term...tried, couldn't do it. Body didn't like it much...

lol themnax nice point about ppl callin u a hippie meanin it as an insult lol i just realized that almost everyone i hang out with calls me either hippie or longhair when they wanna get my attention lol and most dont even know me as bein the person that loves tie-dye, grateful dead, led zeppelin, woodstock, or anything like that lol they just say it cuz they know ill react to it and im the only one that answers to it and i just laugh when they say it lol
