Im new to this, but I have very serious question

I just recently purchased CBD VAPE Complete relaxation.... well I was reading the label, and before anyone jumps to conclusions, I did not expect there to be any sort of thc or marijuana in this product, as that is not what CBD is.... My question however is, it's there anyway to extract THC from the actual flower of the plant and mix it with the CBD VAPE oil? Would it work the same as if smoking the flower? If it is possible can someone please explain to me how I would go about combining THC to the tincture and it actually having an effect. Thank you in advance, and please no negative comments, smoking flower is the only thing I have found that helps with my depression and with my anger issues.
