    Let me know when you meet and maintain your target weight/figure... I most def won't be holding my breath for it

    I've always been smaller when I eat less. When I start having more than one meal...I'm a bit of a lard ass. :p

    It just doesn't take as much for me I guess. I feel tired when I eat like my doctors say. I have more energy when I eat the way I prefer. *shrugs* It is what it is.

    As I told Fitzy. I could weigh 90lbs and still not be happy.....so I'll reach my target when I'm dead. :cheers2:

    When you dont eat much you teach your body to store fat. This is the reason you put weight on when you go back to 'normal' eating and why lots of smaller meals in diet mode would also send you the wrong way....after a period of barely eating.

    Do you exercise?
    For steady weight loss, if that is your goal, it is important to eat regularly and healthily. Starving yourself will not really get you anywhere, I'm afraid.

    The only time I'm not moving is when I'm on the computer, sleeping, and driving to my gramps' or the grocery store.

    Well.. at the end of the day, weight loss is quite simple. Calories in vs calories out. Don't start counting calories, but eat healthily and regularly, to give your metabolic system a chance to work properly, and move a lot. You're already moving, so move more or make your movements more vigorous :) You might also try lifting weights.

    Ignoring the advice of everybody who has successfully lost weight and maintained the loss as well as experts who have at their disposal the results of extensive study on the topic, while your method gets you nowhere, places your head firmly up your ass... :rolleyes:

    The only way you can possibly make me not reply is to not post. Feel free to exercise that right and ability... :cheers2:

    I duno what I'm hungry for.

    I was starving, then just ate three scrambled eggs with cheese.... yet I still feel hungry.

    I think I'll wait a bit and have some grapes, or maybe go for a run.

    I have successfully lost weight and maintained the loss for years....was I happy with my size? NO So I tried what the experts said and I gained weight and with the weight worse depression and I started drinking all the time.

    You don't know me and you never have. Shut the fuck up and go away.

    my obsession with grapes led to my obsession with wine :D

    grapes and berries are the most amazing of fruits. preferably blueberries and strawberries :drool5: I'm gunna have to go to the foodstore I think....

    You must be drinking this morning... Maybe the drinking is what put the weight back on... I know plenty of fatty alchys. Seems to be natural...

    Not me... I just ate a banana and some yogurt, so I should be fine til lunch... We had no dinner left overs though so I had to bring frozen burritos :mad:

    Yeah if I quit drinking I'm willing to bet I'd lose 10 pounds in the first two weeks alone. I duno though, 10 pounds doesn't seem to be worth it to me, I'd rather drink.

    i dont have the willpower either, or maybe i do, i dont know...i just know that i really really enjoy eating, its one of the only joys i have left in life:rolleyes:

    throw away that goddamn measuring tape, and take it day by day on how you feel, dont let some stupid meaningless number decide that for you.

    you are beautiful, and it breaks my heart for you to think otherwise...
