I'm Happy!

I can be bare foot anywhere in Minnesota and no one can say boo!

 

I doubt this has been tested in court and you would have to prove the creed or disability. What if you have neither to fall back on?

 

They can ask me to put on shoes or leave.
I wouldn't argue.

 

Today will be my first official barefoot day,hiking doesn't count even though I have many miles barefoot.
