Im gonna take up running i do believe

i did! i did!

i didnt run for a half hour though.... more like i jogged for fifteen minutes....but hey, its a start.

thanks.... i really didnt feel like running (jogging..whatever) but im glad i did cause i felt better afterwards.

haha, i didn't feel like it either, but i promised a friend that i'd be there running. i took a nap after lunch where we decided that we'd go running around 4. i got up at 3 and me and another friend went to the weight room to lift some weights. then we met up with our friend and we ran with her. so it was fun. its fun to run with people too, even though i couldn't keep up, just knowing that were together is fun.
