Just got back from court, and after a year of monthly drug tests, 40 hours community service, and a drug class, I am FREE. It's getting wiped off my record. It's still hard to believe I'm finally done, it's gonna take a while to sink in. I'm so happy

Thanks guys It was just a simple possession charge, I had a couple grams on me. I posted the story like a year ago but it's not all that interesting.

wow thats funny because I'm currently in the same situation you were in. Monthly tests for a year, 40 service hours, and counseling. But I'm only 3 months in.. I cant wait until its over.
I got arrested in 2005 with about 3 grams of cannabis, got 6 months probation(u.a.'s and monthly payments), about 80 hrs of community services(can't quite remember how many hours), drugs classes and I still have that shit on my record. I suppose it depends on the state you live in or the lawyer you can afford. Plus, i got kicked out of medical school as well. Oh well, im going to have to live with it.
All I can say is don't break your probhation. Or else you'll end up on house arrest like me. , all I know is im done smoking till probhations over.
Cant someone deliver it to you? And then detox yourself? Actually nevermind, If I was in that ship I'd stay clean too
wow. its so crazy how harsh your pot laws are in the states. glad its over and done with. any plans to get high any time soon? or did the system make you a good law abiding citizen lol
