    well to stay on topic I ate a bunch of mushrooms/garlic/onion/peas/jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk/radishes/fresh basil/olive oil/nutritional yeast

    and yeah that was a damn good dinner

    but I wish I could have ate it in that house :(

    man if I was in that house I'd just eat my couch, fuck it all

    did you make it yourself? i may have to try this combination when we get fresh peas out of the garden. :)

    did you use any curry or anything like that to spice it with? what other spices did you use besides basil, or was basil all you used?

    yeah, i cook every day. one of the greatest meditations.
    I always just throw in whatever ingredients I have...stir fry them, then add to the rice.

    the jasmine rice is cooked in more coconut milk than water, or maybe about half, whatever...

    and tonight I didn't add any spices...just kept it simple...
    although I am known as the spice king around these parts. :)

    ever made samosas?
    put some fresh peas in spicy samosas and you're going to heaven, I promise.
