    infighting between the 2 owners.
absolutely ZERO training (and yet a lot of pressure to produce loans ASAP).
    cold calling all day long.
a bunch of leads fell through.
100% commission based pay + No training at all = WORKING MY ASS OFF FOR NO MONEY FOR A MONTH NOW!
and AEP is threatening to shut off my electric.

I need a job that TRAINS and PAYS now!

Besides that, working in that industry never felt "right" with me (hence this thread).

    I'm serious here.

I also have sales experience and asst. manager experience (for whatever that's worth).

Sounds like something approaching scam category... using numbers like 30,000 to 90,000 to lure you into a commission only job. Firebomb 'em (j/k)

the scam was when the owner who interviewed me said he'd be willing to hire and train me, take me under his wing so to speak.

The only training i got was how to reach an outside line....

I know people who do loan refinancing here in Indianapolis and those figures aren't far from the truth. Problem is the first month or two it's almost impossible to make any money, at all. Get loans approved and processed takes time. It'd be virtually impossible to sit down on your first monday and have one completed by your first Friday. I mean you have to wait for their appraisal of the house; their financial information to get mailed in to you; their debt to income ration to be approved; you have to contact the insurance company and notify them of the new loan company; and so much more.
