I don't think that I would every buy any of that stuff for a minor, simply because, even though I don't agree with a lot of laws, I believe that I am supposed to go by them. If it's really important to the minor, they will wait until they are old enough, and then indulge.

I got a pack of smokes at a gas station about 2 weeks ago for a girl.......but she looked like she was about 28 or so to me............I was still getting "carded" for beer into my 30's.........if they looked young...no , I would'nt.

I probably would have when I was younger, I wouldn't now though. If they were nearly 21 and I knew them I wouldn't think it was a big deal. It is illegal though, and I don't approve of encouraging minors to break the law. (Really not a hard ass.)

    no....a negatory...not for no one...

my friend who was a cop says they have people pose as people that ask others to buy them alcohol or cigarettes....just a thought...

and also people who say yes to alcohol and no to smokes...wtf is the difference...
Yeah cigs are bad and so is alcohol if you want to get technical about it..
So how the heck can you say yes to one, and say no to the other.. That amazes me that people are that contradicting of themselves...

I would buy them if the kids can meet one of my requirements:

    1. I know them personally, and they don't work for the cops.

    2. They must break a law right there in front of me so I know they're not with the cops.
