whoaa, what? I don't have anything against you dude. I don't know where you get the part about nothing but negative things. You can hate on whatever I listen to all day, it doesn't bother me, really. But I'm not gonna lie, if you wanted honest opinions, I'm gonna tell you what I think about your song, and then I'm gonna tell you what I think about metal in general. If you guys didn't like it then I guess I just struck a nerve.

But seriously dude, if you think you are a talented player at this point, you really need to branch out and take the guitar seriously. The depth of your music right now and your technical prowess are nothing special at all. With what you've displayed you haven't even scratched the surface. Its sort of like a 10-year-old insisting they are a grown up.

...And since when do I not play guitar?

He has talent. some of you might be 'guitar masters' or whatever you want to call yourself, but it's not very mature going around saying "oh he sucks blah blah blah." if you were a true musician, you would simply say "good job, but maybe next time work on this."

Yes i see your point as well. but it bothers me when people do something that they are proud of, and people need to come on here and shoot it down with "that sucks."
I personally liked it, but i love any kind of music.

That's very true.
I remember when I thought I was so badass at guitar around 3 years ago and reached a sort of technical complaceny. I was totally happy with where I was creatively and technically. It wasn't until I was challenged by others that I began to grow again.

Anyways, sorry, I had a bad day at work, but I hope maybe you can try to figure out something constructive out of all of this.

And technical skill is only as useful as the song writer makes it. Most of my favorite artists are people with ideas, passion, and a guitar.

The Metallica influence is pretty blatant, but hey another Ride the Lightning wouldn't be a bad thing at all.
