You play any classical? flamenco? jazz improv? finger picking? ragtime? can you tremelo at all?
I mean if you want to have a contest, I hope your not expecting me to use and kind of
distortion pedal to cover up a lack of accuracy and strength, because a heavy metal
solo is not worth my time. Besides, currently I only own nylon, but I have an electric bass and
a synthesizer if you want to go electric only.

Anyway, fuck your classical playing if were gonna have a guitar duel this is gonna be a fuckin shredding contest. Full of tapping, overused wah wah and anything else you can think of that would make a cliche metal solo.

Captain, the guy just doesn't like standard heavy metal. Of course you can't expect him to play that stuff in a silly contest. I also think if you don't like this kind of music anyway you could refrain from being a ballsack or at least be civil in your opinion if you must give it.

 

How was I uncivil? I told him that his music is cliched, in reality its a massive rip off of uncountable metal bands.
Then I told him it sounded like something a child would make.
So I ask you, is that uncivil? Or is it just my opinion?
