Sometimes, I wish I had a diff family of origin. Or at least a diff one on FB lol My sister goes on social media and never likes anything of mine ...same with my mom. My sister has two little kids and uses them to get likes. I’m surprised my mom acts like this but maybe my husband and I won’t do the holidays with them this year. I think there are normal families out there who don’t act like this and I wish they’d adopt me.

My husband’s family is normal. Loving. Unconditional love. My mom is normally great but I wonder if it bothers her that I’m putting having kids on hold. And so she swoons over my sister.

Yea. I think we will spend the holidays with my husband’s family. Meanwhile my dad is chill af lately which was never the case. He can join us lol

I'll be spending the holidays alone again. Mom and dad are gone, and my sisters are thousands of miles away. Maybe Wendy will visit me, but she only visits for like forty-five minutes. At least I'll be in a place with windows over Christmas, so I can watch the snow fall.

One family is more than enough for me. I wouldn't even call what I've had a family, though. Any time we were together, everyone was fighting. No thank you.

It's funny that we're all the normal family members somehow, though. Everybody's family is batshit crazy.
