same here. I couldn;t believe it was resin for that price of one of their necklaces. I've got a bad jewlrey addiction on Etsy. I've gotten better though.
I have seen some seriously gorgeous jewelry on etsy. Even if I can't buy it I'll message the seller and tell them how much I love it
I trade my stuff for it usually. They have these trading events durign the weekend on Etsy for sellers. I am loving these right now, but am shy iniating trades. I have them hearted and hope she'll contact me for a trade. If not, I'm emailing them to Andy and will test my luck . http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=17570415
I don;t knwo if I like them because I love them or because peridot is my birthstone, but I've never had anythign I loved in it since high school
those are very pretty. remind me of a ring I got a few weeks ago when I went to visit my mom. I see her once a year and she spoils me <3 and I know what you mean about the birthstone thing. mine is Opal and I love anything Opal
I love: grey, black, white, linen, cotton, raw silk, unhemmed edges, cool metal tones, pants that are VERy fitted int he ass (I have a small, but round arse and need somethign that hugs it, or it looks flat), white pants with gray or black tops, reef flip flops, leather one strap slides, anything that makes me look even taller and longer (I am 5'9 and lvoe beign tall, but like lookign slip and tall-not big), wedges, especially wooden wedges, ballet flats, deep v necks, lacey camisoles, jaged and detailed lines with soft and feminie accents. I liek anything simple, but with a lot of visual interest. My biggest problem is my sized D breasts though. It wasn't a problem when I was fat, but now I am havign the same problem I used to, things that fit int he chest beign huge everywhere else.
I LOVE opal. I am so jealous. Are you in October? How the hell did I get stuck with peridot? My mom has cintrine as hers and it's so fun and cheap shopping for it.
It is such a great birth stone, I love it. October 11. I love having an October bday and 2 of my best girl friends are in October too. It's like Christmas for us, it's the harvest. I had an antique Opal ring that my (deceased) neighbor/aunt gave me. Took it off a few weeks ago after wearing it nonstop for over a year, it got a bit beat up and it was just time. But it's so pretty, I want to get it restored or something.
you know there are places near where you live that you can just go and pick up big fucking chunks of opal off the ground for free.
Tell me Dave! That sounds like a fun excursion. I couldn;t wear them, but how fun would it just be to have a huge chunk of opal on the mantel?
I have a book with specific locations, nevada is a gem and mineral wonderland like, I mean, in the hills around sun valley there are chunks of chalcopyrite the size of a car tire. near ely there are garnet fields in a national park and lemme google http://maps.google.com/maps?channel...061,-119.010466&spn=0.02142,0.038152&t=h&z=15 http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en&c...+valley+nevada&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g1&fp=BpGI-sTowdE
I had a picture of your more into patterns and colours than grey, black, white. But otherwise, yeah, that type of thing.Sounds a good mix. I wouldn't call it a problem being the shape u are.Fashion models tend to be thin like sticks, but dislike their own bodies.I think their bodies are chosen to show off the clothes easily - it means the bodies don't "overshadow" the clothes etc.Plus the clothes won't show creases and lines if they don't fit very well. Sometimes, I find clothes hard to fit.My bones aren't that thick but my chest and shoulders, thighs are fairly broad. So sometimes I get creases.Italian clothes tend to fit me better than British, but sometimes overtight on the chest etc. So to me, its about what suits, not just "the very latest fashion". Maybe I'll start getting things alteredWhich would prob be pointless becuase my size changes with the level of weight training...
Probably wherever I go to shop now anyway. Opp shops (Thrift stores) I'm more of a sneakers, t-shirts, poncho's, toesocks, jeans and fingerless gloves storta gal.
Well after I lost my baby weight, I started hitting up Wet Seal, Body Central, and Forever 21 because I really like that kind of style of clothing. Also adore VS, and love the lines of Candies, Elle, Daisy Fuentes, and Vera Wang.
