I saw a YT video the other day that said low cholesterol increases you chance of Cancer and Alzheimer s. I don't think taking statins is a good idea unless you have Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH)

 

Low total cholesterol may be a sign of cancer rather than a cause, as some researchers have suggested.

 

The opposite if you have High Cholesterol you can get heart disease.

 

Ever tried cutting out dairy other than butter? Also a bit of garlic in your diet?
