I am rather stoned, I smoked hash out of a bong for the first time and it was awesome.

Bump :sifone: Took about 2 decent hits. Worked out for 20 mins. I'm going to try and go 10 mins more. Get up to 30 mins for a week then go 40. So about 20 mins twice a day is my goal for starting out, my sister let me brow her big exercise ball. For doing my back exercise. Strengthen it. I really want to work hard at losing about 6 pounds smoking pot gives me that motivation at times. Not saying I haven’t been one of those potheads that sits around staring at the TV for hours eating a bag of chips :tongue: I like to know I’ve done something good and healthy too worked off all these carbs

find exercises that are fun to do and reward yourself for doing them is a good way to stay motivated.
