Was just about to post that. As a good Christian I believe in an eye for an eye and I feel whites can not fully understand what they did by just throwing money at it, instead they should experience slavery first hand and understand why it is so wrong.

I got that far, and had to stop. "Eye for an eye", is, of course, Old Testament morality. "Good Christians" (I'm not. Any good Christians who read this, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) are of the "Turn the other cheek" and "Judge not, that you be not judged" school of thought, as least as I understand it.
