In my opinion, all drugs should be legal. This is a very ignorant opinion, I honestly haven't thought it through that much, but what you want to put in your body is your own business.
It makes sense to restrict public intoxication, so no one else gets harmed. It isnt like if something is legal people automatically do it...If you wouldn't do it illegally, what does it matter if it is legal or not? do you get what I mean? Same thing for is you WOULD do it illegally....ya dig?
