Well ya know, Oklahoma has the highest number of mentally ill people per capita in the whole country.

 

Are you sure you don't mean Minnesota? But I think Washington D.C. would put either to shame speaking of shear numbers of mentally ill persons.

 

Well, I work for the oklahoma department of mental health and substance abuse services, so my statistics are accurate.
Keep in mind that this is per capita though.
