People have been saying that for ages, its always a possibility now that the weapons have been produced, but I'm not going to alter my life because of it.

I'm not going to live in fear and hide either, but I thhink it will happen with Bush or Kerry in office, in their next term. Atleast the launching for a nuclear missile anyway....I have nothing to back this with.

you could be right, although arguements could be made that we have been on the brink for maybe 50 years.....it is true that many people don't see themsleves as dying from old age...I can't imagine what the world will be like in 40 years.

I see the world as one of two different things in 40 years: either there is no more species, everything will be extinct, or we will have gone back to the cave man days. IF there even is a world left, who knows what the Planet is going to do when we have drained her of her last drop of oil.

I don't think there is any way that things won't be radically different no matter what....I just want to get the fundamentalist out of the white house.

Yes so do I...but I do think we are doomed. Who knows how long from now, but the planet can only take so much. But with Bush in office, I think that may happen more sooner than later. Not only because of his policies, but because he believes in god :p

It seems to me that these exremist christians welcome a religious war as mu h as the middle eastern jihadists do, and thats a terrible situation. I would like to see a more level headed regime in power, and so far i think that Kerry is smarter, and with a cooler head.

One thing is for sure, if you think this country is on a good path, you must be mad! I don't understand this thinking in any way.

I don't think this country's on a good path.....but did you take notice of Bush's anti-Semitism law? It seems as if he is trying to band the Aryan religions together to take on the Muslims.

It's kind of like deciding who is the lesser of two evils.

Or even who is the evil of two lessers.

We live in a "democracy," and we have the freedom to support whatever 3rd party candidates we want.

ugh. the "it's all religion's fault" argument again. please, for once, put the blame where it should be, on the fucked up dumb fucking pricks that wanna fuck some shit up and hate people who aren't like them. they can twist religion to whatever they like. abusing an idea doesn't mean it was a bad idea. look at welfare. what a lovely concept. what a crap program.

Religion does kill. The Crusades of the Middle Ages and today are proof of that.

lol... my mom is like that, seriously. she voted fer bush cause "he's a good christian" (which is true, as christians are ignorant assholes, and he's pretty good at it) and she will again cause "he's a man of god", which is also true because the christian god is a greedy nasty asshole. :) did i mention my ma has at least three different mental diseases?

George Bush is not a good Christian. He has ordered the killings for over 10,000 innocent Iraqis and over 1,000 American troops. With him refusing to lift the ban on stem cell research, he is the number one cause of death in this country. Let's not forget the 5 million people who no longer have to pay taxes because they are too broke to do so.
