cause get this... here was my train of thought...
I did all I could. called probation and left v.mail right away. got ace bandaids and rigged it up good...checked it .. it's still reading... that is all I can do at 1 or 2 am...

then I start thinking...at least it ISN'T a house arrest bracelet because then, well, that monitors the bracelet and you'd be screwed. So I'm all happy (er) thinking it's still reading my SKIN thru the rectangle that does that and I am okay... and then I got ....SLAPPED IN THE FUCKING FACE. it's reading SKIN. not my skin. (it is my skin but...) but... it's reading skin. how do THEY know it's on MY skin?

Yup, they'll test to see if you've been drinking. Perhaps see if your liver enzymes are elevated.

That sounds like something that could only happen in Middle Eastern Muslim countries and America.

 

You're going to be fine. Breath, relax, panicking isn't going to help. I'm sure you're not the first person this happened to. They must have some kind of protocol for this.

They can test you and your results will be negative, which is all that really matters.

I'm not sure how these bracelets work, but if it's anything like a pulse detector, the loss of connection is seen. If you put the bracelet on someone else, there would have to be 2 different instances of missed signal. In your case there might be 1 max

 

I think that depends why someone was in the jail in the first place. If the crime had something to do with alcohol and sobering up was a condition for probation, than drinking would breech it.

Otherwise it's exactly as you say.

Offence, I Don't Know How Long She Has To Wear It, But I Do Know

She Is Paying Off The Fine At $150.00 A Month
