If in America, I would check out the northwest in general. Northern Idaho, Washington state, Yellowstone park.

If ya started in the Bronx,,where I was raised- - Id tell ya to skip that part of town(after a Yankee game at the Stadium) and take the 7 train to times sq- - once in Manhattan...well,,there are too many things to see/do to mention on here

Where I live now- -come off season,,when the tourists are gone,,and you,ll experience the NJ shore at its best
Last yr at this time I lived in Fairfield County (Connecticut) - right on the Long Island Sound-> get in a sailboat- -head out to Belle Island for a seafood brunch- -hang with the rich and famous- -It was always funny when the GM of the Yankees (Cashman) ,Ann Coulter ,or even 50cent (the rapper) is sitting next to ya at the bar- -

- -Connecticut link>-long island sound- -family has been living here for years,,,they have to take a boat into town to everything the need at least once a week
