If they went about making it illegal how would they go about charging you for it? Would you get possession? Would the makers get manufacter? If you showed it to friends could you get distribution??

If they make it illegal that's the stupidest thing ever. The thing doesn't work - it's just a sound. It's harmless and it doesn't get you high.

Yeah, but then what would all the bored constipated bureaucrats, cops, and prosecutors do with all their spare time?

I'm now afraid of getting charged with possession of a refrigerator.

Even when the authorities don't have a case against you, some of them will resort to other tactics to try to salvage a hapless attempt to prosecute you just to gratify their ego, such as using anything you said to them against you (lying to a police officer, etc.)

It is different in that there are no spoken words.

Also it does not have glasses and flashing lights, like my brainwave machine did.

I compared it to the trance states tapes I used in the 90's.

I never said kids were different.

It is just as an adult now, I can laugh at them and compare it to when I was younger.;)

Also a can marvel at how incredibly stupid it is for the government to totally ignore the collapsing global economy and worry about what some silly kid is downloading on their ipod.
