They work fairly well for short term relief of muscle aches. Use caution though after you apply it and really wash your hands well as anything you touch (eyes or any mucus tissue) will smart. Also sponge off the area before you shower or bathe if you like hot water as it can also be bothersome.
you should, this way the penetration power does not allow dirt to be soaked into the pours. But its highly unlikely you are that dirty < this is recommended for sports active people, since these creams primary target sports injuries... anyone can use them for aches and pains.. :afro:
Icy Hot Creams are the devil. They smell like old people and some can be easily overdone. Everytime I have ever used any it's always been extremely uncomfortable. However my roommate swears by 'em.
Tiger balm smells like cinnamon fireballs. I put shirt on after I use it so the smell doesn't go through my bed sheets into the mattress.
Tiger Balm really isn't that bad as I remember... I used it while rolling once when I was in High School. lol
I frequently use the red tiger balm and some stuff called "deep cold" they wont burn you but keep them away from all body openings and genitalia :dizzy2:
it only works for shaq if kobe is applying it (in reference to kobe saying shaq cannot win a ring without him)
