I wonder how many hippies this site has killed.

there are some things people refuse to learn without the whole 2x4 upside the head experience (i.e. trying to get a job as a drop out, getting caught with drugs, things like that)

especially when they are entrenched somewhere comfortable, the seat before their computer....

 

Though I wasn't a drop out, I was homeschooled and the correspondance school never did much on their part, so I never got my work's results back... then I just ended up smoking alot and listening to archive.org to pass the time.

 

I dropped out, but in an instituted manner so that I could do my whole short cut cheat,

it was only a very technical drop out because I was going to school the entire time and I still got my diploma..... fucked up the way somethings work eh?

 

Yeah, that's kind of like what I've been going through. I didn't really get any work processed because the correspondance school would screw up on me... then I talked to counselors and I'm currently pestering the principal and they're actually going to skip me a year. Ahah. It's hard for me to believe sometimes. Makes me wonder about what else I could get away with.

amazing what you can get away with if you have a good enough reason....
