I Wish Sh*t Like This Were Not Compared with Hippies

Jason James Eaton, the Vermont shooting suspect, was known as a 'hippie' who loved farming. His ex-boss says the crime 'doesn't sound like him'

 

The hippies that I have come across during more than 70 years, were normally far too relaxed and happy with their lives to go on a shooting spree.

The problem is that quite a few nutters are wrongly described as hippies.

 

Yeah, like Manson. He was one sick dude who used hippies for his own ends.

 

Quite frightening to think that he may have attempted to use HF to find another victim.
But I doubt that he would have lasted long on here with Skip and Zen around. Not to mention you, now that you are one of the team.

Ira einhorn, as well. & there are & were others who manipulated the name of peace. & there are &were less harsh manipulations in hipstories. Was a controversial king of the hill episode. I only saw it once. Was a long hf thread on it. Ill let others decide. & 2 books. The dream & the nightmare. The dark side of the rainbow. Also is a movie called tye died. I dunno but to
be honest if certain directions are taken regarding hippydumb. One can quite easily become extremely lost. Best to have a good plan. & best to have a place to fall back to if things get tough.
