well, i guess i am racist against my own race then.... haha. and i dont really care if i am... im just talking from experience.


edit- and i havent gotten comedy central for a year altho i do borrow tapes from friends and rent stuff.

 

I seem to be just the opposite of Trish. I find many black comics to be too crude for my taste or talk about things I can't relate to.

 

well, i think as a whole and that is what i was trying to say throughout this...

black comics are more open. more they "dont give a fuck" and they will say whatever. i dunno, bill hicks is an expections for white comedians tho....

 

You just don't listen to the right comics I guess. I efind most comedians don't give a fuck.

 

i think black comics are gererally more funny. so sue me.

 

personally, I like comics who have a more intellectual approach to things... have a twisted sense of humour, and see things differently than most.

comics like george carlin, steven wright, demitri martin, and bill mahr, to name a few.

 

I've been told "you think like a comedian" by two people, and that I have a "comic's intellect" by a teacher. Does that make me smart?
