depends....there are so many levels of ppl getting in trouble. Like if I saw some one getting mugged I yell for help to get a bigger guy on the scene as well as call the police. I mean I wouldn't be able to fight muggers off. But if I saw a kid fall down of his bike on the side walk of course I'd take immediate action!
