We have a lot of brown recluses here too. I came across a spider a few weeks ago that was white with bright red legs. It creeped me the fuck out.

hahaha Ouch....that sucks. I got a mosquito bite on my balls one time, and that was bad enough.

Also, I killed a Black Widow a few weeks ago. Those things look cool as fuck. Spiders are the only bugs I can kill without feeling guilty. lol

I'm a spider killer too.. fuck spiders... i don't mind ones that are kept in tanks though... PS: did you know you can freeze a tarantula and bring it back to life?

yeah... a friend of mine had a tarantula once... and thought it was dead.. because it was laying on its back.. and he put it in the freezer to preserve or whatever.. brought it out to show people and it came back to life.. he didn't know that tarantulas turn on their back when they shed.. lol

 

i feel some remorse killing spiders because they are some of the best and most effective insect predators, but if i've been getting bitten and i see a spider in my house ill smash it.

if it is just chillin or just crawlin on a wall or corner or somethin, i dont mind it

That's how I am, usually, except I kill any spider I see inside the house, unless I have the chance to put it outside without killing it. Of course, if I know they're poisonous, then I kill them, whether they're inside or not. Like that Black Widow, for example.

We used to have a lot of scorpions in our house, one summer. I got in bed one time, and there was a scorpion under my quilt and it stung the fuck outta my ankle. lol

 

ive never seen a scorpion outside of an exhibit or zoo

as for a cool pet i know a few people that have bunnies and they love them haha...a ferret would be really cool but im pretty sure they are expensive

the king of all pets for me would be a little monkey but im not made of money

 

I had 3 huskies, 4 lizards, 2 birds, a Pomeranian, a chow, and now a rat.
