it'll save as a .wav, which is a really big file but it's limited to sixty seconds, so you won't do too much damage.

 

is that gonna kill the dialup trying to upload if it's a wav file?

 

it's going to be a pain in the ass, but explaining the lame_mp3 codec, and it's command line use would be worse.
