Seems that respect is something you have to earn. If you stick your neck out (like Thatcher did) expect the axe to fall.She did nohing at all to earn my respect while she was in power.I'm sure the same goes for many millions of others. I wouldn't say 'I hate Thatcher' - hate doesn't help. But I fundamentally disagree with just about eveything she stood for, and on a personal level she was, in my mind, an beligerent old battle axe.
